Apparently, in the ugandan setting, we depend so much on international aid and as soon as things get tough, the aid though is meant to be refunded as soon as things get tough, and apperently, for Victoria Vniversity to re-attain their previous affiliations, we are supposed to be more welcoming to the gay fraternity and indeed allow them to walk down the aisle. am proud to call her my motherland; but it is frustrating to call her my motherland when the leaders can't realize that there are better ways to get finances than to suck up to some other country...let us borrow a leaf from Rwanda,...i am frustrated...
